exactly 28 day cycle is THE PILL most dont have 28 cycle & not everymonth IF they do, im doing nfp, sympto thermal have pcos get fertile symptoms but not ovulating can have “periods” but not actually.not ovulating but least i know by charting
id definatly reccommend NFP b4 having ur dr push a bunch of pills on u w out understanding why u r having trouble, considering THE pill the worst thing 2 take 2 correct most problems & the side affects w the pill or other fertility meds, clomid etc.
my step mom is 38 and she has been pregnant twice but the first time she had a misscarige but she is 2mnths now omg im sssooo excited!!!!
I am shocked someone trying to “ease the struggle with conception” would advise the “day 14″ rule. Cycles can vary widely. I used Taking Charge Of Your Fertility . This charts/tracks your cycle and the changes during each phase. I am convinced that understanding and paying attention to your cycle and cervical fluid is the way to conceive or for some avoid conception. Frustration is lessened by REALLY understanding how YOUR body works not just a “for most women” generalization.
