exactly 28 day sequence is THE PILL most dont be inflicted with 28 sequence & not everymonth IF they do, im dependability nfp, sympto thermal be inflicted with pcos get fertile symptoms but not ovulating can be inflicted with “periods” but not really.not ovulating but least i know by charting :)
id definatly reccommend NFP b4 having ur dr push a bunch of pills on u w out understanding why u r having distress, considering THE pill the worst thing 2 take 2 right most problems & the feature affects w the pill or additional fertility meds, clomid etc.

I am shocked someone trying to “ease the struggle with conception” would recommend the “day 14″ rule. Cycles can vary widely. I ancient Taking Charge Of Your Fertility . This charts/tracks your sequence and the changes during each period. I am convinced that understanding and paying concentration to your sequence and cervical fluid is the way to conceive or for some avoid conception. Frustration is lessened by REALLY understanding how YOUR body works not just a “for most women” generalization.
